Our Program

We offer primarily private music lessons.  Lessons are offered after school.  Each class consist of instruction on the instrument of choice, lessons in reading notes, music theory and history.

 

 

 

~ Private Classes 

 

Private lessons provide a more individualized approach to music instruction.  This is a great opportunity to get the personal attention that is so beneficial to musical growth.  Lessons are 30 minutes in length.  Our teachers will work with you to develop a program that helps you in achieving your musical goals.  All classes meet once a week, same day and time. 

 

 

 

~ Classes, Recitals, and Policy

 

Length of sessions may vary depending on the season of year.  Fall sessions average 11 to 12 weeks; Winter, Spring and Summer sessions will be shorter.

 

At the conclusion of the Winter and Spring sessions, a short recital of 1 to 1 1/2 hours in length will be presented to friends, family and interested community members.  Individual and ensemble performances will be showcased.

 

 

~ Scholarship Policy 

 

A limited number of scholarships are available by application and by approval of the scholarship committee.  They are based on need and commitment to study music.
